Ahmed is a lifelong entrepreneur who has founded and owns multiple companies across the MENA region. With over 15 years of experience investing in and operating startups, he brings deep hands-on expertise to every venture he is involved in.

Prior to co-founding Niya, Ahmed was a Partner at Wildcat Venture Partners in California and a Venture Partner at a London-based growth equity firm, where he and Ahmed Alireza shaped the firm's investment strategy and jointly deployed over $50M.

Ahmed works closely with portfolio companies to help build and execute strategies that scale their businesses.

Ahmed brings 8 years of PE and VC investing experience. At SEDCO Capital he was part of a $2B+ program that backed GPs and growth companies across Europe, the US, and Asia. Ahmed is part of one of Saudi Arabia’s oldest business families, for whom he led the acquisition of McDonald’s national franchises in Singapore and Malaysia (500+ stores) and currently sits on the board.

Prior to co-founding Niya, Ahmed was a prolific startup investor, backing companies including Humane, Selfbook, Route, Xendit, and Boom Supersonic. He is an LP and IC/LPAC member in multiple emerging VC funds, including Valia Ventures, where he is also a Venture Partner.

Grahme joined Niya Partners in 2022 shortly after launch; he leads Niya's investment diligence from our US office. Grahme has a decade of investment experience and was previously with Wildcat Venture Partners, an early-stage VC firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Grahme worked closely with Wildcat’s partners on investments including Carrum Health and LeaseLock (alongside his future partners at Niya), in addition to post-IPO sales for Coupa Software, C3.ai, and Clover Health. Prior to Wildcat, Grahme interned with a top-performing Fund of Funds.

Venture Capital has been Grahme's career-long focus; he began working in the industry while still attending the University of North Carolina, from which he graduated in 2017.    

Adam is the Managing Partner of Terra Nova Ventures, a NYC-based early stage VC firm.  As the founder of the Emerging Venture Capitalists Association, Adam draws from a network of 1350 future VC leaders that enables Terra Nova to invest alongside some of the world’s best firms and identify rising stars in the industry.  He’s introduced Niya to excellent founders and VCs alike.

Mark is a senior transactional partner, who serves as Global Chair of Reed Smith's Private Equity Group. He is an elected member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee Advisory Board. He specializes in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions and fund formation.

Bryan led Agile Software from founding through a $4B+ IPO, followed by 20+ years of investing experience, backing companies including Coupa Software, Kabbage, and LeaseLock. As a GP at Wildcat Venture Partners, he was integral in bringing Niya’s future partners into LeaseLock, and provides valuable advice as we build the firm.
